1) A pretty house that would meet the needs of a broad range of people
2) A mortgage that is for less than the selling price
3) Time, for multiple showings and open houses, and then more time, for the buyer to qualify for a loan

If your house isn’t pretty, we will buy it anyway, remodel it to make it pretty and then sell it to another north Texas family to enjoy. Nobody will pay you more, and we can prove it.
